St. Patty's is just around the corner and our Irish chef, Rick Tobin, and his assistant, who is Polish but Irish at heart, have some traditional fare waiting for you! Irish soda bread, Emerald Isle stew, Reuben rollups for appetizers and Guinness mousse for dessert. Prepare all of these items while sipping on Irish spirits!
